I'm presently in a trial and having created a scene I've copied the script code onto my WordPress page but the Avatar is loading as inactive with a broken film icon. This is the same on 2 different WordPress websites so whatever I'm doing isn't working! What do I need to do to resolve this please?

Hi, we recently registered on your web app, and we are currently using our 15 days trial our account is platinum with account id of 6672309.

We've been using the avatar and tts for a couple of days and it seems to work fine, but today its seems broken caused by with the following errors. 

This errors makes the avatar inconsistent, sometimes it works and then suddenly it wont, I did quick investigation and it appears this errors are the reason for the inconsistency.

"MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTEDError!!!" 

"Database error: connect(10.200.131.11, cache, $Password) failed.
MySQL Error: ()
includes/oddlib/class.DB_MYSQL.inc: Session halted"

"Error: [107] Missing required parameter: Missing CS"

this errors are quite a disappointing as we are about to have our demo today and suddenly this errors. We hope to hear from you asap as to how we could fix this and proceed with our demo.

 My situation is that I've uploaded an MP3 that has some laughter on the track, but my avatar isn't recognizing the laughter in his facial expression.  Sitepal's customer service referred me to this example:

I asked for a clarification because I need to know how to integrate that with an MP3 playback, but SitePal customer service just ignores me.  Anybody want to give me a simple example of how it's done?  I can take it from there.

I need to precisely control pronunciation since I am building a language learning app. For instance, for "either" E ther vs. EYE ther.

Using the API or client side Javascript, can I send IPA characters or the Darpa phonemes? If not, is there a way of controlling pronunciation by using specific made up words like ee ack ?

I ported my characters to the HTML 5 version to try to keep my Sitepal useful without Flash, but we still have to load a Flash plug-in to see it.   Its in a game, and the NPC players come on screen at various times to prompt players to advance in quests.

A typical character is at http://www.outworldz.com/pandora/TrekFemale.htm, and they work perfectly in all browsers except the Chromium embedded version that is embedded in the Firestorm viewer for Second Life and Opensimulator.    We still get a "Media Plugin is missing" error with HTML5 .  

If I load the Chromium embedded version of Flash, it works.  This should not be required, yet obviously is.

The support group there says "In order to play Flash format videos (e.g., YouTube videos), you must have the Opera & Chromium version of the Adobe Flash plugin installed. Unless you already have this specific version of Flash installed already, you will need to get the Opera & Chromium Flash plugin from Adobe."

Does HTML5  do a check to see if flash is installed?    That might trigger login in this viewer to block the plugin you use.

I have a big problem: I display the avatar full body of sitepal in an html field. Before, this field expanded without superimposing itself on texts. You have modified something since now the field of the avatar is superimposed on the text!

How to do ?

J'ai un gros souci : j'affiche l'avatar full body de sitepal dans un champ html. Avant, ce champ s'agrandissait sans se superposer aux textes. Vous avez modifié quelque chose puisque maintenant le champ de l'avatar se superpose au texte !

Comment faire ?

Hi I'm trying to load a scene on my website via a button and tried two ways, neither work

method one:

choose the "Scene remains closed (will be opened by API)" in the embed menu and try load it with "loadScene(9)"

Problem: scene es close on page load, but button don't do anything

method one:

try to add minimize button, load minimized and maximize it with "overlayOpen(‘max’)"

problem: minimize button don't show up and cant find option to load scene minimized

i don't want the scene load from the start, i want it lo load when someone click the help button

I get "Message Sent!" confirmation, but no message is received.

Junk and Clutter mailboxes have been checked.

Any suggestions?

I emailed customer support two days ago about some difficulty I was experiencing embedding an avator into a PowerPoint presentation. I have not heard from them yet. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Is there a way to talk to a representative directly? If so, how?
