The registration page keeps kicking me back. I put in my information and It keeps sending me back to the same page. Can you enter me in manually?

Are you available to talk to on the phone? I have tried that already with no success. I sent an email 3 days ago and many phone calls with no response. I would like to talk to someone on the phone as this issue has still persisted, past troubleshooting on the forums.
