The scene is embedded in a domain that is not enabled in your account

Francisco Iacobelli 4 days ago updated by Gil Sideman 2 days ago 2

Hello,

I am getting this error again. I added two domains and neither works. The avatar says:

"The scene is embedded on a domain that is not enabled in your account." on my website.

However, my domains are registered in my platinum account and the account in the embedded code is mine.

When I register the IP address as a domain on sitepal and then I put the IP in the URL field in the browser it all works fine. However, using the domain name it doesn't work.

I had this happened before.

Any advice?

setStatus's interruptMode does not change behavior

Francisco Iacobelli 3 months ago in SitePal Platinum updated by Gil Sideman 2 months ago 4

Hello

When I click on the "play" button on my avatar, it starts speaking from the first sayText() sent during the session. That is, it queues all the sayText directives.

To avoid this, I use setStatus(1,0,0,1) inside vh_sceneLoaded(). I know the setStatus is being picked because I can change the last parameter to not display the control buttons and that works.

However, the avatar still queues the sayText commands. When I click "play" I only want it to repeat the last thing it said. How can I accomplish this?

Thank you.

PS: Sitepal.com is not working again. It is redirecting to a weird url.

Whats wrong with your site??!

Virgogrl09 4 months ago in SitePal Studio updated by Gil Sideman 4 months ago 3

I am constantly getting buffering and not getting to use my account. It wouldnt even let me into the billing section to do anything. This is very inconvienent. Sometimes when I sign in, it is even telling me "something went wrong" over and over again before allowing me to sign on.

I've tried signing on from multiple different devices over past days and have the same issue.

I have been experiencing this everyday since Ive been on trial and have to wait hours to get back in- this is a big NO NO and needs to be fixed! Please fix this. I want to use your services but Im starting to lose trust in your company. Something is wrong with your website and it needs to be updated/fixed ASAP. You also have my credit card information in your website and I cant even get in to remove it. FIX THIS ASAP.

Licensed Domain Not Updating – Still Getting Domain Error

Tiago Jesus 5 months ago in SitePal Gold updated by Gil Sideman 5 months ago 3

Hi,

I’m having an issue with my Licensed Domain settings and I’m hoping someone can help.

Yesterday, I updated the licensed domain in my SitePal account. However:

  • The scene still works on the old domain, and

  • On the new domain, I get the following error:
"The scene is embedded on a domain that is not enabled in your account."

Since the page where this happens is restricted, I can’t share a direct link.

I’ve already confirmed that the new domain is correctly listed under Licensed Domains, but the problem persists.
Is there anything else I should check, or could this be a propagation issue on SitePal’s side?

Any help would be appreciated — I also contacted support but haven’t received a reply yet.

Thanks!
Tiago Jesus

The scene is embedded on a domain that is not enabled in your account.

Hello,

I am getting this error: "The scene is embedded on a domain that is not enabled in your account." on my website.

However, my domains are registered in my platinum account and the account in the embedded code is mine.

The domain points to an EC2 instance in AWS.

When I used the ip address as a domain in both sitepal and the url, it all works fine.

Any advice?
