Issue with sayText

Hi,


Our sitepal ID is: 6745697, we are in our trial period.


sayText was working fine till we are working with simple text like, "Hello There" or "How are you"


Today while we test using a bit large text 

"Hi Arin, Welcome to Cleard Life. I am stefanie. Your interview will start shortly"


it falls short. We are getting this error continuously.

We experienced a problem this morning with one of our database clusters. The system is designed to be failsafe, with an automated failover mechanism built-in. Unfortunately the failover did not kick in this time & our team had to manually address the problem.

We are still investigating why this happened & how to better mitigate should this happen again - and will implement improvements as needed.

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Hi - 

Scenes would normally be embedded in your web page (not downloaded).

Click on the 'Publish' button to the right of the Scene in your SitePal account, to see available options. 

One of them is 'Embed in web page' - select that option to embed the Scene in your web page.


If you are interested in generating & downloading a video - that option is not available with SitePal Gold - it requires extra cost. Please send a note to support@sitepal.com to find out more.

AVATAR INCONSISTENCY!

Hi, we recently registered on your web app, and we are currently using our 15 days trial our account is platinum with account id of 6672309.


We've been using the avatar and tts for a couple of days and it seems to work fine, but today its seems broken caused by with the following errors. 

This errors makes the avatar inconsistent, sometimes it works and then suddenly it wont, I did quick investigation and it appears this errors are the reason for the inconsistency.

"MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTEDError!!!" 


"Database error: connect(10.200.131.11, cache, $Password) failed.
MySQL Error: ()
includes/oddlib/class.DB_MYSQL.inc: Session halted"


"Error: [107] Missing required parameter: Missing CS"

this errors are quite a disappointing as we are about to have our demo today and suddenly this errors. We hope to hear from you asap as to how we could fix this and proceed with our demo.
