Everything working fine now. The problem was with the current Flash Player 10.3 and IE 9. (Not playing well together). Adobe has issued a fix that worked on my system.

Still not working. Avatar (on my machine only) sticks to the top left of my browser. I think I picked up a strange setting with a Microsoft update or something. Is happening on other website as well. Will keepworking on it.
