Having the same problem as Kroling

I am having the same problem today that Mr. Kroling was having 4 weeks ago; apparently the issue persists.

BAD, I'M UNSATISFIED

I am still having the same issues. I sign in to my gold account BUT I can only develop characters at the Bronze level and do not have access to gold version.
