Is their any callback function or listeners that will ping us that is their some thing issue while loading the avatar ?

Hello!

When account is about to expire, if autobilling is not enabled - emails are sent to the account admins in advance of pending expiration.

The same is true when available streams are in decline and about to be exhausted. We send account admins email notifications in the days prior the expected deactivation.

If auto-billing fails, we send an email notice as well (and automatically apply a 7 day grace period to avoid discontinuation of service. 

We also send email notifications on the days following account deactivation as a reminder. 

So please verify that the account admin email reaches you.

If you need your email to be added as an additional admin to your account (just so you can receive notifications), please contact SitePal support & we will take care of that for you.

Regarding the possibility of a system failure - we have our internal mechanism running self tests continuously.  We have considered allowing users to add themselves to the same alert system - but this capability is not yet ready.
