The scene is embedded in a domain that is not enabled in your account

Hello,

I am getting this error again. I added two domains and neither works. The avatar says:  

 "The scene is embedded on a domain that is not enabled in your account." on my website.

However, my domains are registered in my platinum account and the account in the embedded code is mine.

When I register the IP address as a domain on sitepal and then I put the IP in the URL field in the browser it all works fine. However, using the domain name it doesn't work.

I had this happened before. 

Any advice?

This is curious. As a first step suggest to try on a different browser. This will allow us to eliminate a client-side browser specific issue.

If the problem occurs across browsers - pls share a link to your page where the problem can be seen and we will look into it asap.
