i am trying to record a message by phone and after i punch in my account id and pin number the phone disconnects or says invalid account

I am sorry for not following up right away.

This problem - which affected many of our customers some months ago was fixed the next day. We responded to most users who made contact by email and neglected posting a response to this venue.
