Can't access our gold AIML account, it always goes to our old expired platinum AIML account

Hi Sitepal, before we have a Platinum account, but it expired, along with our scenes and AIML created on that account. But, we were given a new account, a Gold account with new scenes. The problem is, we can't access our Gold AIML admin area, it always goes to our expired Platinum AIML admin area, we already used the top drop down option to toggle between accounts but it still goes to our old expired Platinum AIML.
