Not able to see the animation of Avatar on Website

Hi Guys,

I am not able to see any animation with the cursor. I did everything. Changed the settings, published it multiple times.

Still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I am not using any extensions that can block this. No firewall or Antivirus.

No External tool whatsoever.

Hello!

This loads fine for me - I'm able to see the character.

What browser are you using?

Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page - that helps sometimes.

Hi, I am using Chrome. I did clear the cache. 

Not helpful.

If you check it again, the movement is not working everywhere on the screen

Hello!  


I misunderstood your question before - you were referring to the "follow cursor" feature.


I looked at your page again - tried in Chrome and Firefox - I see that follow cursor is working.

I do see a slight bug with this 3D generated character, where the horizontal centerpoint of vision is to the right of the face. (should be in the center of the face). 

As a result - you need to move the cursor further to the right to see the face react. Please try it.

We will work on fixing and addressing this issue in the coming weeks.

Due to other priorities this will not be an immediate fix I'm afraid - but it will be fixed.
