I find some virus-like something in working of your demo! Can You help me or I have to turn to my official virus-killers?

Is there a way in the API to create an audio name and save it? (not 'sayText'). The reason I ask is that I want my users to be able to create text and sayit using iphones. As you know, sayText doesn't work in an iPhone environment (the workaround is to create scenes - then use playback video). For my app that would work fine as I don't need "immediate" play (ie, if it took a minute or 2 for the audio to be stored, scene created, etc... before playback that's fine).

I am having issues with my account and need to talk to a person in support. I filled out the online question, but need to talk to a agent in person about missing files. Is this possible?

Sept 2015 Used to work fine, but now with a full body avatar and transparent background, Chrome shows a grey semi-transparent overlay with a play button (looks like a HTML5 thing), which must be clicked before the scene starts. It works fine in Firefox and Safari, with the scene starting on load.
Note this is not related to the site I am hosting it on as it behaves in the same way in the Sitepal preview and also with the full body avatars on the sitepal home page. It was first picked up by my customers, so is not related to my PC either.
Something has clearly changed this month in either Chrome or the Sitepal code and needs fixing asap!!
I have raised a fault ticket, but I know response is a bit patchy at best, so hoping for some feedback from others.

Hello SitePal Team. From 12:30am to 12:40am PST, my SitePal scenes take between 30 to 45 seconds to load! There's nothing wrong with my Internet connection because all other sites load super fast. I notice this as a daily occurrence, and it seems to happen at the same time every day. It's happening now as I type this post. Is this an expected SitePal downtime? If not, is there something wrong with my account? Thanks for your help.

I created a scene before I used the button to get the account. The account number I got was different from the account number associated with the scene, and I couldn't get the embed code. I've written Sales and Support 3x for guidance on getting it with no response. Can anyone help me?

Can you export text to speech and save as an audio file to your computer?

Bought SitePal but cannot get to 1st base for some reason.
I login, enter site, list of scenes loads.
I click a scene to edit, a new window opens, and progresses to: ‘loading scene.’
But it never finishes loading, no matter how long I wait ...

Can I get the avatar to say phonemes like 'duh is for dog' or the 'sh' sound? If I write 'sh' it pronounces the two letters separately.
