The scene is embedded on a domain that is not enabled in your account.
Hello,
I am getting this error: "The scene is embedded on a domain that is not enabled in your account." on my website.
However, my domains are registered in my platinum account and the account in the embedded code is mine.
The domain points to an EC2 instance in AWS.
When I used the ip address as a domain in both sitepal and the url, it all works fine.
Any advice?

Also, I want to add more domains (I should be able to with a platinum plan), but I get that two is the limit.
Is there something wrong with my account maybe?
Will do
Hello Francisco -
I responded to your email & noted that we don't see the problem in your page.
It is possible that yesterday's cloudflare global disruption was the reason for the problem.
Please let us know if you still experience the issue.
Regarding your question - Yes, Platinum plan subscribers may add unlimited domains.
I looked at your account and there is nothing wrong with its configuration.
Perhaps try logging out and logging in again. This will refresh session permissions.
Hope this helps,
Gil

Regarding the first issue, it is not happening anymore. I don't know how the outage may have had something to do with it, but you are right. It is now working. Thanks!
As far as the domains: I tried logging out and back in again; I cleared all sitepal cookies on my browser and logged back in again. Still, I can't add another domain. I am attaching the message I get every time.
Understood - our support team will clear this up and get back to you by tomorrow at latest.
Thanks!
