My sense (the custom avatar) is not showing in my Android app any more
Hello
My sense (the custom avatar) has not been showing in my Android app any more since September 4, 2026. It has been working all along until last Friday. There is no change in our app. The SitePal avatar is not shown any more. My embedded code: embed='8339435, *****************************'
Is there any advice you can offer to check what went wrong?

Hi Eric -
A certificate update that was installed on Friday is causing problems for certain customer implementations. This is the most likely cause for the problem you describe. We're looking into it & hope to have a resolution asap.
