Creating 3d avatar. Session Times Out

I'm having trouble creating a 3d avatar. I keep getting a message that my session is timed out before I can finish. What could cause this?

Please check the image format - JPEG
File size limit- 8mb
Try to take a screen shot of the error message and post here
