FAQ character does not work

I added a character which answers FAQ's. Unfortunately, the character does not load at all. This is the page where the problem occurs: https://jotiko.nl/webdesign/ I used the code that is meant for a site with a certificate (https://).

We can't see the source code for the page - seems to be locked

any idea how to view it?

Also - I know you were in contact with support about this - where did the conversation leave of?
