I entered my website on the setup but I can't get my avatar to answer on my site.

Glad to hear it!

I do notice however that your page is displaying the deprecated Flash version of the character.

We encourage our customers to update their implementation, as Flash is not supported on mobile devices.  The current version of the character does not use Flash.
