Currently, SitePal allows for flash and html integration. If you need your character/ scene in a video format, I recommend contacting our sales team about our studio product. This high end product allows for mov, flv, avi and other common video formats.
Publishing SitePal scenes requires the user to be able to add or edit HTML code to a web page. Many wikis don’t allow this level of access. If you can edit or add HTML code, you can embed a SitePal scene!
Currently, there are a couple of ways to publish a SitePal scene to Facebook. We’re currently working on even more Facebook posting options.

First, you can post a scene to your Facebook fan page (in a new tab). For instructions on doing that, go here. You may want to update these instructions to suit the size you would like your scene to be. For an example, see SitePal’s Facebook Page.

You can also publish a SitePal scene to your Facebook Wall (in your Facebook profile). After logging in to your account, you will see all of your saved scenes. Choose the scene you’d like to publish to Facebook and click the Publish button. Make sure you are logged in to Facebook. Then, select “Embed in Facebook.” A Facebook popup will open and all you need to do is click “Share.” That's it!

Tip: Make sure your scene has a title and it will appear automatically when you publish to Facebook.
After logging in here, click on "Account Info" at the top of the page. At the bottom of the "Account Info" page there are links to your invoices. More detailed information may be view in report 3 on the Reports tab of your account.
Login is available only to registered users. If you are a registered user, please make sure you are using the right login name. Your login name is the same as the email address that you used to register. If you purchased an account and cannot login, please make sure you entered your login email incorrectly. If these steps don’t work, please email Support@SitePal.com.
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" You will be asked to enter your login name (email address), and a temporary password will be automatically generated and sent to you. Please be sure to write down your new password in a safe place. If you do not receive your password within 10 minutes this is most likely due to your SPAM filters. Check your spam folder or contact Support@SitePal.com and request a new password. Be sure to send an email from the email address you are requesting the password for.
After logging in here, click on "Account Info" at the top of the page. Your account information is displayed: purchase date, expiration date, remaining streams etc. To modify your information, click on "Edit Contact Info" button.
You can minimize load time by selecting “none” for your background and player options for the scene. The size of the background does affect loading time, though the size of the audio does not. This is because the audio is streamed; only the first few seconds of the audio are loaded before the character starts to speak, regardless of the length of the audio message.
The SitePal Server API allows comprehensive programming access to your SitePal account via secure API calls. This functionality can be used to seamlessly integrate SitePal speaking characters into your web applications. Review the Server API Reference here.
SitePal’s Client API (Application Programming Interface) is a set of function calls that enable JavaScript and actionscript programmers to control SitePal behavior from the web page in which it is embedded. For the full API reference and examples, see Programmer Information here. Silver accounts and higher have access to the Client API.
