Hi,
Looks like a corruption in this audio. Please email our support team with your account number and the name of this scene and we can regenerate the audio for you.
We have loader icons that appear when the scene or audio is taking longer than 5 seconds to load. You can also take matters into your own hands by using our callback APIs.

vh_sceneLoaded- lets you know that the scene itself is loaded and ready for commands.

vh_talkStarted- lets you know that the audio is loaded and has started playback.

when used in tandem with a sayAudio or sayText API call you could put your message on the screen during the loading time.
By dynamic I assume you mean while the page is being viewed. We currently do not provide such an API.

If dynamic refers to on loading of page, then you could alter the scene's position by dynamically writing the embed code. If you look through the overlay embed code 2 of the variables are x and y position on the page. We do not recommend this as it could cause the page to load incorrectly if the information is not correctly edited, but a skilled coder would be able to make these changes without harming their site.
There are two ways to change the way that audios render.

The easiest is our post FX. - When creating audio in the scene editor, there is a lightning bolt next all audio names. This opens our FX editor and allows you to apply a filter to the audio. This can effect speed or pitch or audio depth. FX are post filters so you can remove them if you ever decide that it does not sound right.

The other option is through SSML calls - You can add calls like pitch or rate directly to your TTS text to adjust the audio for a portion or all of the audio. This only works in 3 of the four TTS engines that we use. We have some examples at http://www.oddcast.com/support/NeoSpe...
Hi,
According to our experience, the best method for integration is to get FLV export permissions. This allows you to integrate multiple scenes as movies. It seems that Articulate does not work well with external streaming swfs and thus our standard SitePal integration methods are not as successful. Contact our sales team for more specifics on FLV export pricing. sales@sitepal.com

Hi Nick,
That would count as 3 streams in your account. We keep this 90 second limit to make sure that your audios are streaming quickly and to preserve lip sync quality.
Here is an example of how the implementation would be coded in a SitePal account.

Recent updates to the PPT plug in have been made to resolve this and other known issues. Please make sure you are using version 1.9. If you continue to see trouble with this feature, please contact us at support@sitepal.com
I am unclear as to the intended effect. Are you wanting the character to appear when someone clicks live chat? We do not currently direct integrations with live chat, but you could build such an interaction using our APIs. This may require assistance from live chat.
It sounds like your computer may be blocking the streaming content. I know that flashplayer sets this as a default to protect users from malicious attacks. If you go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/doc... and you should be able to lower security and make these interactions viewable.
SitePal support is glad to assist you with learning how to publish your scenes. We also provide the following video tutorial. http://www.sitepal.com/tutorial_movie...

If you need someone to publish the content for you, we have an ongoing relationship with web.com and they can publish the code for you. I do not however have a current price sheet for their services.
