Can I use unlimited scenes with SitePal?

scene limit unlimited

Hi!

Yes, you can create an unlimited number of scenes to use on your website. There is no limit on the number of scenes you can create and publish.
Your SitePal package type will determine the number of domains you can publish to, and the number of audio streams available.
Additional domains and streams can be purchased, if needed.

I hope that helps.

Same scene with many audios with sayAudio()

gianfranco de villa 12 years ago updated by Gil 12 years ago 8
Hi,
today I have tried to use the sayAudio() function to call many audios on same scene.

My code:
....

Audios are dinamically created (with mngCreateTTSAudio) and registered (I see them into my list audio).

When loaded the scene, I hear only the scene loaded and not audios in singAsong (22201153_395_Nome, 22201154_395_Zodiaco,...).

Why ?
Where I am wrong ?

Thank you
Gianfranco

Gianfranco -

I'm glad this is working now.
I tried to recreate the problem using audios from your account and I could not recreate - it works fine for me.

here is my test implementation -
http://www.workboy.com/eileen/sayAudi...

As noted - it should not have been necessary to use "setStatus" to set "interrupt mode" to zero - because "interrupt mode" default state is off. So the fact that doing so did not make a difference is not a problem.

As for the reason for the original problem you experienced - this remains unclear.
If you still see any problem let me know and I will look into again.

Upgraded to Silver, still unable to use TTS

Elizabeth Henson Ogle 12 years ago in SitePal Silver updated by Jesse 12 years ago 3
I created a scene, and then had to upgrade to silver, which I did, returned to the scene to add the TTS and it still will not allow, still has a message above the model telling me that my package does not allow, please upgrade to silver.

I went to my account details, and it shows that I am indeed silver.

Is there a delay?

Overcoming TTS Character Limit - "Reading a Long Story"

writejohnjones . 10 years ago updated by Sumit 10 years ago 1
On Avatar Support, I found this:

Overcoming TTS Character Limit - "Reading a Long Story"

http://www.oddcast.com/support/Text_L...

How do I do this with my Avatar? I see the source code in the example, but not the instructions on how to do it.

I have multiple saved Text To Speech audios in a sequence, that together constitutes a single "scripted" presentation, that I would like my avatar to perform as one uninterrupted "scene", like in the linked example.

What I want is to create a virtual presentation, with a lead generation player, and embed that into my website.

I understand that I might have to have an unlimited account. But what I specifically need are the step-by-step instructions, on how to recreate the "Overcoming TTS Character Limit - "Reading a Long Story" example, but with my avatar and lead generation player, and embed it into my website.

I absolutely need to know how to do this.

Thank you.

In AIMC, can I create more than one bot with different names and response topics?

gianlombard 12 years ago in SitePal Platinum updated by Gil 12 years ago 1
I have created an (Avatar Bot) successfully within my AIMC account. I have given the Avator Bot a specific name as well as added a few new base properties. The Avator bot does respond to the question about what his new name and other topics correctly. (So far so good)!

I would now like to create a second Avator bot with a different name and some new base properties that will be different from the first Avator bot I previously created. My question is; How do I create a second avatar bot so as it will have a separate identity than the first Avator bot I had previously created. (Basically, can I have more than one avator bot in my account with different names,responses...)? An example would be: One Avatar named Tom answering questions I have programed and also have a different Avatar named Jane on a different webpage responding to a different set of questions I have programed. Also, within the AIMC base properties section there is tab on the bottom of the page for (WEBSITE) the default website listed is http://www.soundforge.net/product/pro.... I would like to know if this should be left alone or should I be typing in the Web URL of where I will be installing the Avatar Bot.

Thank you,

Anthony

Anthony -

Yes editing and using multiple AIMC "bots" is supported - but is enabled by default only for Avatar Studio accounts (the more professional version of SitePal)

Please send us your account details in an email to support@sitepal.com - and let me check if we can enable this feature for your account.

Regarding the "Website" property - this is an attribute of the bot that is available for you to set. The bot will refer to it in response if asked about his/her website. This is just like setting the bot's name or girlfriend etc.

Hope this helps,

Where did the scenes go?

Dan 13 years ago in SitePal Gold updated 13 years ago 2
I started the 14 day trial today. I was on a role creating a scene and associated audio files. Then suddenly, it all stopped working and I was left with one scene; Sitepal Demo Scene. I am no longer able to create or edit scenes. Any ideas?

Also, it looks like I lost my bot in AI MANAGEMENT CENTER. I didn't put a lot of work into yet, just trying to learn more, but I cringe thinking I might have put a lot of time into it and then suddenly it is gone.

How long does it to process a refund invoice to work?

Winstone Choi 10 years ago in SitePal Platinum updated 10 years ago 2
The internet banking system for my credit card company still shows that I should pay for thoses mistakenly purchased invoices (538579,538580,538581) which were cancelled on your part. My account information shows that your published refund invoices for them (respectively 538635, 538634, 538633). Because the total amoun is not small, I am worried about if the cancellation for the invoices are on the process. Please let me know if you are properly working on them. Thanks for your kind support in advance!
