Hi John,

Our support team mentioned that they worked with you to figure out and resolve the issue. So we'll go ahead and mark this as an answered question. Please follow up with the team if you have additional questions.

Thanks!
Hi John,

You are absolutely right - there is no restriction on the number of audios you can create with your package. At the sane time, the system requires a numerical limit.

The number of audios you create is not related to your stream usage.

Please send a note to support@sitepal.com with your account info, and we'll be happy to increase the limit and allow you to create as many audios as you need.

Hi Sathish,

Thank you for the feedback about making the Slovakian language available in SitePal's text-to-speech feature!

SitePal partners with the industry's top TTS developers to provide our clients with the biggest, latest, and best quality TTS languages and voices available anywhere.

SitePal doesn't actually develop the TTS voices themselves. By partnering with the top providers, we can ensure that our customers have access to the best and newest voices and languages as they become available.

While we can't create a new language, we can certainly suggest them to our TTS partners, and we'll be happy to do so!
Hi lifetronic.ruggeri,

Were you able to email support@sitepal.com with your link?
Hi Dave,
If Flash is supported on your device, it should play the normal SitePal scene. If not, a video should launch. Have you tried this from another device? Can you include a link to the page? Alternatively, you can email us at support@sitepal.com and we'll look into it for you.
Hi Test 1,
Yes, the free trial does require a credit card. However, with the trial you have 15 days to use SitePal and, if you choose not to continue as a customer, all you need to do is log in and uncheck the auto-billing option or email SitePal support.
Hi everyone,

As Gil (our CTO) mentioned, we're working on a mobile solution for viewing SitePal scenes on devices that do not render Adobe Flash applications. We're going to accomplish this by generating a video file when viewed on a mobile device.

The team has made some great progress and we're very close to completing this solution. As we can see by the popularity of this post, SitePal on Mobile devices is a highly anticipated new feature!

We'll release a formal announcement and a newsletter when we have a concrete launch date for the feature (check out www.sitepal.com/newsletter).
Hi Cynthia,

That's a good question. When you are logged in and editing your SitePal scene (when you are viewing the editor), take a look at Step 5 (Players).

In the Players step, you can choose from dozens of different players, which include controls, such as Play/ Pause, Mute, and Volume level. The players come in many shapes and sizes, but most of them have the same controls.

Note - after selecting the player, you can go to the Display Settings tab (up top) to customize the look of your player. Hope that helps!

Hi Wesley,

We're not seeing any code in your post. Please email the code to support [at] sitepal.com and we'll take a look at get back to you. Thanks!
