Mohit - this is an ancient thread and not likely relevant. Our character technology was rewritten twice over since then.
Problems like this are likely the result of limited bandwidth available to the device.
I would suggest for starters to run "fast.com" on desktop, then do the same on the ipad device - and see what your available bandwidth is on each device.
Then please run this diagnostic -

Click on 'start test' - and let me know what average latency you are seeing on each device

A test page that demonstrates the problem would be ideal.
If that's not immediately feasible - a JS code snippet that demonstrates what you are doing would also help.
We need to be able to see and recreate the problem in order to address it.

Our avatars work on all modern browsers on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
We regularly and extensively test all avatar functionality across the board, including all API functions.
As browsers evolve - we continuously adapt our APIs to support updates and changes. Because SitePal is a cloud based solution - this process is for the most part transparent to our clients.
By "all modern browsers" - I am referring to Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, Safari.
Opera is not officially supported, but I believe it works.
IE11 is still supported, but will be deprecated probably later this year as its penetration dips under 1%.
