Hi Dom -
We were looking at this issue earlier today and scratching our heads a bit.
We are actually aware of a bug where the vh_sceneLoaded is called more than once (only on FullBody characters) - which we will correct in the next release - but not aware of any case where it is not called at all.
There's a simple workaround for the "more than once" problem btw.
So we had QA perform a review - they created two test pages -
http://www.oddcast.com/support/sync_event.html
http://www.workboy.com/sumit/voki2.html
and tested on desktop, iOS and Android - and I'm told that in all cases the sceneLoaded event did fire.
Can you post a link to your test page? We could borrow your code as posted above, but it would be best to review the same page you did.
LMK,
Gil

Hi -
When you sign up we run an authorization on your card to that we may (subsequently) bill you in 15 days time.
The authorization may show up on your statement, and may result in a temporary hold - placed by your cc provider. This causes some people to think that we actually billed them - but we did not. Nor are we holding anyone's money.
The authorization automatically expires if not used - so you need not worry.
To elaborate a bit further (for anyone having the patience to read more) - you may wonder why you don't see a similar authorization transaction with some other online services. Well, that's because those services hold on to your cc details and use that information to bill you at a later time. That approach can be very convenient for the customer, but we decided that not holding on to your cc info is the better choice. The authorization method is the alternative.
Thanks for understanding.

Sorry about that.
There's nothing wrong - except that Blake is no longer with us & your email must have been missed.
Please send your email to support once again - and we'll get back to you asap
Thanx
Hi Franco -
We are working to re-implement the full body player now - so it will actually take some time.
because the Full Body player is transparent - you should be able to implement a workaround by coloring the page background - pls consider.

Hi Fathi -
Like any Q&A system - It is easy to program your SitePal character to answer questions if they are listed/known in advance for the user to select from.
So - if you present the viewer with a list of FAQs for them to select - then your SitePal character can be easily programmed to speak the appropriate audio.
The SitePal character can also be programmed to open a map or image or any other link when they are done speaking.
The more difficult part is doing natural language interpretation - understanding people's verbal questions, and matching them with pre-created responses.
This difficulty is not specific to SitePal. The are solutions out there - search the web for 'natural language recognition'.
Any web developer should find it simple to integrate with SitePal - and we are happy to provide support, including detailed technical support, which is available to all SitePal customers at no extra cost.
We do not engage in custom development for our customers though.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Gil

Hi Giovanni -
If I understand it correctly, you are looking to display the SitePal Scene without mingling the dom object.
I suggest to save the embed code in a new page and to load it as an iframe.
Let me know how goes,
Gil
