Thanks for the additional information. We are looking at this, just wanted to let you know. We've added logging to system portions to better understand what's going on (as we do not see the problem).
It may take some time to get to the bottom of this. Thanks for your patience.

Gil
Do you see this problem when you try to load any of our pages?
i.e. the sitepal site home page, or any of our support example pages?

if so - you need to examine your browser's settings, perhaps reinstall flash.
if not - and you see the problem only on your own web page, please post a link to your page and we'll take a look and advise.

Thanks for reporting this.
It is surprising - given that our playback is accelerated by the global Akamai network, and delivered off of their servers for best performance worldwide.

Can you please post a link to your page where the character loads?

Does the problem happen more frequently at a specific time of day?

Let me know,
Gil

When you login to your SitePal account, click on "Account Info" from the main menu. You'll see a 'contact information' section, and in it a link to 'Edit Contact Info'

Best,
Gil
ok - good to know the issue is resolved.
Sounds doable.
Eric - please send a note to sales@sitepal.com & include a link to this thread and we will work it out.

Gil
The latter.
Our Server API allows you to generate Scenes and dynamically generate TTS audio to be assigned to each new Scene.
See -
https://www.sitepal.com/api/
and see reference here -
https://www.sitepal.com/pdf/SitePal_S...

The Server API is available to Platinum accounts. Is that an option for you?

Purged audio from Akamai.
Please clear your browser cache and try again.
Eric -
There's most likely a bad audio cached somewhere in the foodchain.

We used your code to put together this simple example -
http://www.workboy.com/Support/sayTex...

Works fine for us.Please review & let me know what you hear.
if you still hear the bad audio, even in our example, and even after clearing your browser cache, then that would indicate the audio may be lodged on the Akamai servers - we will need to flush Akamai

Otherwise - if our page sounds ok, but your page does not, please post a link to your page where the problem can be seen & heard.
LMK,
Gil
Hi Eric -
Our QA were not able to recreate the problem, they tried different browsers & platforms. Neither was I - can you clear your cache and try again? If you still see the problem, we'd appreciate more information.
Browser, platform, version of Flash for starters.
Are you using AS api or JS api?
Thanks!
Gil
