This problem has been fixed.

Some background -
We identified that the call was failing whenever the source scene was not being supplied. Even though the parameter was defined as optional - the call was failing if not provided.
This is now corrected - the API now behaves in the same way as the application - when creating a new scene, if no source scene is provided, we duplicate the last scene.

Please let me know if you still see a problem.

We implemented an update to improve the quality of all uploaded backgrounds. This update will only affect backgrounds uploaded/added from here on.

Backgrounds added prior to today are not affected by this update. Oddcast built-in stock backgrounds are also not affected. We haven't decided whether to update them.

I see that you are using a stock background - so this update will unfortunately not immediately help you unless you upload your own background.

No - that will not be necessary.
Modifying Scene Options affects your previously embedded Scene without the need to re-embed.

You may need to clear your browser cache to hear the modified setting.

The new Scene Setting for volume has now been introduced. Please open the "settings" for your Scene - you will find it there (at top left).

please try again.

If you still see a problem - I suggest clearing browser cache and trying again.
Sometimes the odd bad file gets stuck in the cache and creates a problem.

If that does not help - please send a note to support@sitepal.com with your account details, and we will look into it & advise.
