Your credit card was not charged, but only authorized. Depending on the CC company, an authorization might appear on the CC statement as "funds held" - but I assure you that you were not charged & *we* are not holding your money (it's the CC company).

This hold that the CC company may have imposed will automatically disappear within several business days, and if you cancel your subscription within the Free Trail period you will never be charged. Furthermore, even if you decide to proceed past the 15 day Free Trial, and we do charge your CC - you would still have 30 additional days to ask for your money back "for any reason" - a policy which we honor religiously.

I hope this helps set your mind at ease.

Hello Hamed -
The problem may be related to setting up a licensed domain. sayAIResponse and sayText *require* setting up the domain (in your AccountInfo page).
More detailed information is available here - http://www.oddcast.com/support/docs/v...
Hope this helps - let me know

Thank you Abhi for your kind words! They are greatly appreciated.

The "video export" capability you are inquiring about is not requested often enough to justify implementing a "pay as you go" solution. So it is unfortunately necessary for you to contact our sales rep for us to set you up.

Please write to sales@sitepal.com & explain what you are trying to do and we will do our best to accommodate.

The only way I can think of is to actually ask the bot the question (i.e. initiate a sayAIResponse call - "what is your name" ) and to grab the textual response from the vh_aiResponse callback.

Of course - the character will speak the response unless prevented. So you would need to mute the audio (setPlayerVolume), and prevent speech from starting by calling stopSpeech as soon as you receive the talkStarted event.

This approach is somewhat contrived and might not work perfectly - but it's the only approach I can think of.
Let us know how goes,

Hello Hamed -
Can you post a more complete example of a response the agent might receive that includes JS code? This will help us get a better idea & advise.
Thanx,

This problem might be due to what's called a "popup blocker" on your browser - preventing these buttons from opening a new window. Sometimes the popup blocker can be too restrictive.

As you click the button, take a close look whether any alert or notice is displayed in the browser (usually at the top of the window) prompting you to "enable popups for this page" - or words to that effect.

If you don't see anything - you might want to take a look at instructions here -
http://helpdesk.princeton.edu/kb/disp...

Or - a quick solution might be to use a different browser (if you have one).
Good luck - let me know what worked.

Best,
