Our QA department reviewed the branding removal functionality - and it works correctly per our review.
You do need however to clear browser cache to experience the change. I'm fairly certain that was the reason for the problem you experienced.
Please let me know if you still see the branded loader after clearing your cache.

Hi Nick -
Each audio is limited to 90 sec.
But it is possible to string together several audios for consecutive playback, by using our API.
Also -
Our Studio product support multiple Scene sequences without the need to use any programming.

Our QA tried to reproduce the problem on multiple different environments & settings per your description - but were unsuccessful.
While we don’t know what the exact problem is we suspect that reinstalling the wizard or Office would be the easiest options to clear any damaged files. Also on Microsoft’s support page its mentioned that corrupted registry can cause a similar issue, so re-installing Office or the wizard should be the first thing to try.

I'm afraid you would need to upgrade to Gold.
The Gold account allows removal of SitePal branding
The Platinum account allows introducing your own branding.
For Silver - due to the relatively low cost, we retain the branding - though we attempted to make it discrete.

1- Version of Office used
2- Version of flash used
3- Version of Windows / Mac OS
4- When exactly is the error is shown, while loading the plug-in or while adding the scene?

I can not say exactly - but the problem you describe does not seem to occur on more 'current' computers.
We tried it on several different computers - not necessarily the latest and most powerful - and we did not see a problem.
