Here's what we found so far -

Posting to Facebook to a user’s account is working fine.

The issue is related to Adding Sitepal to a Fan Page which needs addition of Embed code using FBML - as indicated in the newsletter instructions that you refereed to.

The instructions are from 2009 so some terms need to be updated (as per new FB layout) but in following these instructions we were able embed the scene on a test Fan page - though we did notice one problem - the thumbnail doesn’t show up. Clicking on the placeholder for the thumbnail loads the scene though. The team is looking further at why this happens - will advise asap.

Example can be found here :

The SitePal 1-800 number is toll free from the US and Canada.
We will modify the user interface to correctly reflect this information.

Yes - Android should be supported when this update is shipped.
Hi Ferd -
The "photoface" process of converting the photo to a 3D model was implemented to generate a human face.
If you are trying to make this work for something with "unusual" proportions (i.e. a dog's face) - it will likely fail.

Can you provide more information about what you are trying to accomplish?
I'd be interested to see the photo you are trying to use.

Brittney -
I assume you are trying to upload a background.
Our QA reviewed the uploading wmv video as background, and we could not recreate a problem - worked ok for us.

This seems to indicate the problem may specific to the video you are trying to upload. That does not mean something is wrong with the video - but it may be a variant that for some reason we do not support.

It would be great if you could send us the video to support@sitepal.com, together with your account id - and we will look into it and advise further.

We should be able to get the video uploaded to your account for you.

We are working on it.
Appreciate your patience - this is one rabbit that is not so easy to pull out of a hat. But it will be magic! :-)
here's a working example - please take a look at the source.

Hi -
There are two ways to go about it -

1. upgrade to Avatar Studio - which is our enterprise level product. Studio supports multiple Scene "Shows". Provides seamless playback of consecutive Scenes, i.e. preloading subsequent scenes and switching etc. No programming necessary.
to find out more - send a note to sales@sitepal.com

2. Implement a solution yourself using the loadScene api call.
This may or may not achieve the results that you are looking for. I used to have a code example that implements this functionality - but can't immediately locate. If I find it I will post it here.

Hope this helps,
Gil
