This is most likely due to failure to specify a licensed domain.
Dynamic TTS (eg sayText API call) requires specifying the domain in which the SitePal character will be used. This is a security measure designed to protect your account.
Goto your "Account Info" page to update your licensed domains.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for sharing! I recall how detailed your past reviews had been, so I'm very glad to hear that other than Safari on Windows all is working well for you.
Best,
GIl
Hi Francois -
Glad to hear it!
Market share for Safari on windows is too small - we do not consider it a supported platform.
But we will take a look and advise.

This issue has been fixed.
Please verify and let us know if you still see a problem.
Best,

You probably have "Secure Playback" turned ON in your account.
When ON, you must specifically approve the domain of your web page which loads your SitePal.
This is a security feature available to prevent theft of your SitePal service.
You have two options -
1. List your domain under the "licensed domains" for your account.
2. Turn OFF secure playback.
Both can be managed from your "Account Info" page.
Hope this helps,
Gil
