Problems with examples on Ipad and Iphone.
Hello, some examples (http://www.oddcast.com/support/time_g... and http://www.oddcast.com/support/sayTex... and http://www.oddcast.com/support/sayMul...) are not working properly on Iphone and Ipad. Avatar not speaking or is not saying that he should. Can you give me a solution how to run avatar api on Iphone and Ipad?

A few quick thoughts -
#2 - The video takes about 2 minutes to generate after the Scene is created or modified. (according to one customer up to 5 min..).
If you try after several minutes - is the video still missing? Let me know and we will look into it if it is.
fyi - we are looking to introduce a callback API to advise of video generation completion. This update is in the works and should be made available as part of the Server API later this month.
#4 - please try this process again - only this time do not re-save the scene (it should not be necessary) but wait a couple of minutes
Step #3 should not be necessary...

Hi Jason,
To remove the SitePal logo from the SitePal loader (what shows up when a scene is loading), simply log in and go to: Account Info >> Account Settings >> Loader Settings >> Remove Loader Branding.
Please note that this feature is available from the Gold package and higher.

I would like to know if it is possible for the Avatar/bot to do the following:
- Open a map after the text to speech or speech to text ?
Information:
Location of our system is in an Exhibition (Use of smart devices/touch screen) "Kiosks in addition, on a website"
Example:
Customer asks: Where is Exhibit of X booth located in this exhibit center
Avatar/Bot answer ( both voice and text) answer : You will need to go straight and turn right at the end and turn left by the 3rd door. In the chat/communication box after the text "Click here to view map of the exhibition booth layout).
Once the "click here" is clicked a map of the exhibition center layout of where each booth are located to be displayed.
We will provide all needed information such as Map layout, Q & A ..etc
- Can the above be done? If so what is required?
- Do you have internal developers/programmers who we can work with ?
- What is the cost for such features ? and time frame required for such developed ?

Spelling instead of reading ?
The voice is spelling my text instead of reading it...What did I do wrong ? I have dynamic texts and it always work, but espacially for one of them, the voice is spelling every letter.

Issues with Avatar playing correct audio when viewed on an iPad
I am having an issue with the avatars when it is viewed on an iPad. I embed the code on my web page and when I view it on the desktop it plays the correct avatar and audio but when I look at it on an iPad it plays a totally different avatar and audio. Any ideas?

Is there a code sample to be told by a full body avatar the word HELLO on iOS?

Can't preview or publish - email option
The preview and send buttons on the publish page (email option) don't seem to work. They turn orange when I click on them but don't do anything. If I move my cursor off they go back to grey. Can anyone help? Thanks
