I'm new - cannot open scene editor
I went to the other site and watch'd it's video. It didn't apply to me.
I've clicked on everything 15 times on the Scenes page.
The video is telling me things and where to get them, but none of them exist.
Please help?

New Gold Member, but Wondering if it was a good decision.
I sent in a support request two days ago ... no response. Sent in another no response to the rending issues with tags in the text to voice program. The site was down for at least an hour yesterday ... the support number on the website is non-functional. And the posts from a year ago talked about full body images and support for I-Pad and Android browsers ... I like the idea of this product, but what about the issues ?

Hi, When will you add Farsi language to TTS feature?.

SitePal licenses the TTS technology from world leading vendors - whenever new voices and languages become available - we add them to the product.
So I'm sorry we can't say when Farsi would be available. Hope it happens soon!

How can I publish a SitePal to YouTube?

We're glad you're using SitePal on your blog and website to generate leads!
As you know, SitePal is a subscription-based service which monitors the playback of SitePal scenes. With a standard video file, there's no simple way to monitor that usage. We don't currently offer a publishing tool for YouTube. Having said that, there are a couple of options:
1. The most common solution is SitePal's video export function, which would enable you to export a scene as a video file. You could then use the video file anywhere, including on your site. If you're interested in video export, feel free to contact our Sales team.
2. You can also consider a program that records video from your desktop. One example is Screen Jelly (we're not affiliated with them).
I hope that answers your question!
Good luck.

SitePal in PowerPoint - Easier than Ever!
Well, if you're using PowerPoint 2007 or 2010, you're in luck! Now, you can easily embed your SitePal scenes directly into your presentations.
Here are the steps:
1. After creating your SitePal scene, select Publish >> Embed in Web Page >> In-Page Embedding >> Web Page (No Javascript). Copy the code.
2. Within PowerPoint, select Insert >> Video >> Video from Website. Paste your code into this window:
You'll see a black box. To view your scene, click on Presentation Mode.
That's it! Your scene will load and show just like it does online!

Need an urgent reply
I am a user of your Platinum package of which expiration date is Jun 25 2016.
My account name is SitePal 4179769.
I have used your service for our website whose main purpose is English education.
I have used your TTS for reading those words and sentences which were put
onto our website.
But from today, there happened a serious problem in your TTS.
For some words and sentences, those unexpected comments are read by your TTS,
such as 'This TTS demo is for testing and evaluation purposes only, and 'Any other
unauthorized commercial uses are prohibited etc.'
But, I am an autorized platinum package user, not a demo version user.
This error has caused very serious demage on all the user of our English educaion website.
So I urgently ask you to find what caused this kind of error to our website
and to solve the problem.
Looking forward to hearing urgently from you with a satisfactory solution,
Winstone Choi

What happened to Loquendo voices?
When I generated Loquendo voices, the volumes are louder when it's normal. Why is this happening? That's odd and ridiculous! Someone will fix that issue for me.
