my avatar won't answer questions
I just purchase an avatar with the gold package. I was able to put him on my website, he says the initial greeting he was programmed to say, but after that, he will not answer question that are being asked.

I am using sayText with js (jquery) and the vh_talkEnded() callback does not fire at the end of tts. I used the funciton as described in the manual:

Using avatars in Camtasia
does anyone have any experience using sitepal avatars in camtasia? can it be done?
We currently produce our training lessons using camtasia. The files are produced into a wmv file and hosted from our intranet. I am simply wondering if what sitepal offers is compatible with what we do. We would love to use avatars to make our training a little more exciting!

We do offer "video generation" functionality as an add-on feature for Platinum accounts. Using this feature you could create a SitePal Scene and at the press of a button export it as a video in wmv format for use in Camtasia.

updating AIMC does not affect AI bot at all
Every changes that i make in AIMC does not effect my publish bot at all, how to solve this? I publish my bot in wix.com.
p/s: I've already follow every step in AIMC up until deploying the bot. During testing stage, the bot still response correctly.

I've been advised that the problem was clarified and resolved by our support engineer.
The issue was that the domain (under which the Scene is loaded) was not added to the "licensed domains" for your account.
Please let me know if you still experience a problem

"Background color change" option doesn't work with full body avatar
When you create a full body avatar, in "publish your scene" you have the option to change the background color, but it doesn't work. It works well with the "classic" avatar but not the "full body". It'd be great if you could fix that as I need it very badly. Thanks!

Is there any limittance in the number of letters which are contained in one scene?
I am a Sitepal Gold package user. I am applying your TTS to an educational site. But your TTS stops saying even though the paragraph is not ended. Is there any limittance in the number of letters which are contained in one scene? When I looked up in your forum, there is a limittance of 900 characters in one scene. Then, Is it not possible to have SitePal TTS read letters which exceed 900? Whad can I do if I can make TTS read a whole paragraph whose number of letters is more than 900?
