Adding a scene to your page is very simple, all you need is to copy and paste a small piece of HTML code. Some great resources include the Getting Started with SitePal video, the Getting Started manual, and the comprehensive SitePal User's Guide.

Character Unavailable
I am getting Character Unavailable when I try to preview my scene when trying to publish. The scene works great when I preview the scene. I have a gold account and it is active. Can someone please help point us in the right direction on how to fix this issue?

Here's the issue -
"Secure Playback" attribute is turned ON for your account.
When you do that, playback will only work on any of the "licensed domains" that you define in your account - it is a security measure.
The domain "topmlmsoftware.com" is not defined as a licenced domain - hence the Scene won't load
Your options -
* Add a licensed domain for "topmlmsoftware.com"
or
* Turn off "Secure Playback"
Both of these updates can be done in your "Account" page.
As a side note - Secure Playback is not strictly necessary - which is why it is OFF by default . We provide it as an option for your consideration.

Site Pal Scene into a Captivate Slide?
How to I insert a site pal scene into a Captivate Slide (I saw one answer but have no idea what as2 or as3 are)

You could try screen capture to a movie - record your SitePal Scene, save as a swf and then use it in captivate.
That would be your best bet.
Hope this helps,

Developing for SitePal
It seems that SitePal requires domains to be registered for an account. How can I develop and test the solution on my local machine prior to publishing to a live website?

Within the Editor (Step 5, Player), choose a player (the selected player will appear around your avatar and background). Then, edit the player settings by clicking the “Display Settings” or “Functions” tabs. The “Display Settings” tab allows you to edit colors and buttons on your player.
