We need to see the problem to be able to advise.
Perhaps you could send access credentials privately to our support engineers at support@sitepal.com.
From your description above sounds like the problem did not happen on Mac Safari on your friends' computer. So is it possible the problem is specific to your own Mac? Could be a configuration problem or corrupt files in cache (happens)
Try and clear your cache - if problem still happens please provide us with access.

As I tried to explain -
What you are seeing is Google's way of asking for payment.
it is not a strictly speaking a bug.
We are thinking of taking down the translation demo.
That will fix the bug :-)

Yes we know
Google started charging for their translation api - and we are still thinking about whether it is worth paying for
The current implementation will now work only for the first 100,000 translations every day.
Given that this is a free service we created for fun - we are not yet sure we can afford to pay google for it...
thoughts?

Here is a link to a technical example that demonstrates how to string together for playback several consecutive audios -

If you send a link to our support at support@sitepal.com - we will help you set this up.

There is a technical limit of 90 sec. for SitePal audios.
There are ways around it - by chopping up the longer audio to smaller pieces (each shorter than 90 sec) - and using the API to program the SitePal Avatar to speak the audio segments consecutively.
This is not very complicated to implement - but does require some programming skills - which I realize is not for everyone.
Please note though that our experience shows that to be effective, a SitePal message should be kept reasonably short.
Viewers' attention is hard to hold for a long time, and we therefore strongly recommend using audios no longer than 60 seconds.
Hope this helps,
Gil

Sorry you are having difficulty - seems the documentation needs to be more clear.
We will definitely look into that.
To edit any of your SitePal Scenes you need to click on the thumbnail in the Scene list. You should see a popup window open with the Scene editor, allowing you to update your Scene.
From your note I gather it takes a bit of time for the editor to open. That's not unusual - please allow up to 30 sec for the editor to load.
Hope this helps - if this did not answer your question or you still see a problem - please let me know.

Customer support service by UserEcho
why not setup a different Scene for each one of the "?" buttons?
Your SitePal account supports unlimited Scenes - seems like the simplest solution.
Hope this helps
