Sounds like you are doing things right. Might be a problem on our end.
I referred this to engineering; we will look into it Monday morning and get back to you.

Dear Tiago -

I believe the problem is that you copied our example to your page, but did not replace our embed code with yours.
Consequently - your page is loading the example from our API Demo account.

If you configured the domain in your own account, then as soon as you swap in your own embed code it should start working.

Hope this helps!

Please forgive the lack of response from our support.
Our offices in midtown manhattan were without power since Tuesday and many of our staff without power at home. Our email system was down. Phones were down...

We're just starting to recover - we've just gotten power back 3 hours ago.

Kindly send a note (again) to our support (support@sitepal.com) & we will extend your trial account while we get this issue resolved.

Support phone number is 1-866-840-3360 M-F 9AM to 6PM EST
But that won't be helpful before Monday.

Thanks for understanding.

Jaren -
The way to do that would be to implement your own HTML form & embed the SitePal Scene on the page.
This would allow you to customize the form and fields per your needs, while still using your SitePal character to drive customer interaction.
Hope this helps,

What do you want to happen? What's the desired functionality?

Bonjour,
Pouvez-vous s'il vous plaît envoyer un lien vers votre page Web où le problème peut être vu?
Cordialement,

Hi Nikkilyn -
Nice implementation - like it a lot.
The bot seems to be working fine - responds ok to me. What seems to be broken, and how do I see the problem?

Regarding the top and the sides - that option is not officially available - but
you might be able to hack it. I'll check around - if I have specific info I'll follow up.

Gil
Hi Nikkilyn -
I took a look at your site - but could not immediately locate the SitePal Scene. Would be helpful to see the page in which the Scene is embedded. I could then advise further.

For the moment - here are a couple of tips -
1.
please verify that your changes are *deployed*.
In the AIMC - a common mistake is to assume that after you process your updates/changes - these changes automatically appear on your live site. You need to go through one additional step - deploying your bot from "staging" to live.
2.
in the AIMC - try out your bot,
a. converse with your Staging bot - do you see your changes?
b. converse with your Live bot - do you see your changes?
The answers to these questions should help us understand where things stand.
