What's happening here - as you make changes to the Scene, the previous version of your Scene is still cached on the Akamai network. It is this cached version that you see.
The cached version should be automatically purged within about 10min to about 2 hours. We realize this is not fast enough in some cases - and we have a plan to reduce the lag time to zero. This update should be implemented within the next two weeks.
Hope this helps

I'm sorry your correspondence was missed. This is uncharacteristic of our support - we are usually so on top of things.
What email address did you send your note to?
The two relevant SitePal addresses are
support@sitepal.com
and
sales@sitepal.com
and we monitor both carefully. We will look into what happened.
I'll send you a note to your personal email in a minute.

Though this is not possible with SitePal - we do offer at extra cost the option to "export" a Scene - which generates a detached version of the scene that can be hosted anywhere.
Export is licensed by the minute so you would be able to export as many Scenes as you need
For more information - please send a note to sales@sitepal.com
hope this helps,

Hello Cris -
SitePal characters can speak audios up to 90 sec long.
However - you can control the SitePal character via API, using simple Javascript calls, and "queue up" several audios for speech.
By doing so, you can effectively have the SitePal character speak for however long you wish.
Here you can see a simple technical example that concatenates several audios for playback -

Absolutely - smiles are important without question.
That's why we have developed a developers API for face detection, blink detection and smile detection. Developers can (and do) use this technology for purposes such as you describe.
These technologies are not a part of SitePal product, but are offered through Oddcast, our parent company. See more here -

Oscar - that's very cool - we do have our own face detection (and smile detection) technology - but how would you have this used with our SitePal Avatars?

We are unable to recreate this problem, nor have we received any other report of this nature - at any time that I can recall.
This is likely a problem specific to your page
If you could post a link to your page, that would allow us to look into it further.

looking into it.
Can you please post a link to your page (the page in which sitepal scene is embedded)?
Also - which browser are you using?

Customer support service by UserEcho
We have an active sales team & active support team answering emails all day long. And for gold and platinum customers engaged on the phone as well.
We unfortunately see cases of emails captured by spam filters (both incoming and outgoing) and though we search our spam filters every day - we might miss at times.
Bottom line - we are very much here - and also very concerned about any lapses in our support or sales responsiveness. I'll review the support queue and see where your correspondence went to. Would be helpful to know how you tried to make contact.
And of course - at the end of the day there is this channel as well - which does not suffer from spam filtration :-)
Please let me know if there is anything I can help with.
Best,
Gil
