How do I get two AI Scenes to have a conversation?
Hello, I'm trying to get two site pal bots to talk to one another using AI for an art project... I'm using the conversation example as a starting point, it almost works but I'm running into two problems.
1. The vh_aiResponse function does not seem to call when parent.iframe2.sayAIResponse is called. Though it seems to be fine if I just call sayAIResponse.
2. The string vh_aiResponse generates seems to stack (grow exponentially) the further along it goes into the switch function of conversation (by case 8 it's out of control long)
to see what I'm talking about see http://jeremybailey.net/container.html
- to help you see what I'm talking about everytime vh_aiResponse is called it will post an alert with it's contents.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Seems like this should be pretty simple but I'm not an expert with JS. I may be missing something stupid, :) Thanks!!!

sayText() only says first letter
When I call
sayText("This is the first sentence", 2, 1, 2, 'S', -0.5);
the text spoken is only "T".
When I add an ! to the end
sayText("This is the first sentence!", 2, 1, 2, 'S', -0.5);
the text is spoken normally.
Other sentences that I randomly try seem to work fine. Why doesn't this one?

We have two paths for recording audio by phone:
1. Online: Within the scene editor (the Audio step), select the Phone option and keep this open while you place your call. The on-screen window will follow your progress. Once your call is finished, you need to name the file and click the on-screen “Save” button.
2. Offline: Print the phone instructions from the scene editor, log out of your account and wait 5 minutes. You will be prompted for Scene ID so that we know what scene to assign the audio to.

When I play the TTS on Window 7 OS, in some occasion, the Avatar doesn't appear on the screen, but the TTS works though. How can I solve this matter? Please kindly answer~

No reply from support / sales
We are an educational Gold license user for several years and would like to renew our license with educational discount like previous years. We've been sending emails to Blake Grannell (Director of Sales), sales@oddcast.com and support for weeks and still got no reply. Anything wrong with SitePal / OddCast?

AIMC Login Failure
Good Day Sitepal,
I'm a Gold account user and I have been trying for more than a week to login to my AIMC account, but my login fails and instead I'm being logged in as a guest. There is no facility in my AIMC to switch from guest to my user account. Several months ago I was able to successfully login to my AIMC account and build an AI bot but that is no longer the case, as even the AI bots that I previously built can no longer respond to questions.
I contacted customer support last week but they seem to be having a difficult even diagnosing the the problem. If possible, would like someone to actually login and test my account before telling me that it is fixed.
Below is a transcript of the last communication with customer support.
HELP PLEASE!

Hi Dan,
I did clear my cache and cookies, however once I arrive at the AIMC landing page it does not have a pulldown menu that gives me the option to switch accounts.
What I see is:
Visitor: Guest User
Current Account: 31
There is a drop down box next to Current Account with the #31 inside, but it does not allow me to chance users.
Why don't you try logging into my account and see for yourself.
Also when I click on Edit Scenes Im taking to a page that displays some of the bots/scenes I have. The Hope Master Bot used to work in the AI mode but now when I try to type in questions I get no audio or text response from the bot.
The bot can be previewed here: https://vhss.oddcast.com/admin/previe...

Retrieving a scene created prior to purchasing Sitepal.
I created a scene prior to purchasing SitePal. I was under the impression I would get the code once I signed up. I had a ten track scene which took some time to build. Is there a way to retrieve this work for use?

I have several avatars that are not working on my website
Also, the phone number given for my gold account no one is picking up the phone to talk. I need to have this situation resolved quickly. This is not the way to start off a business to business relationship.
