Our homepage can't be connected.
I made a English Learning Site with the help of your TTS. But today, I got a problem with our homepage (www.readandtalk.co.kr). I am using a hosting service. (www.cafe24.com). At this moment, our homepage can't be connected. When I talked to the Cafe24 staff, he said your TTS might have made problems and those accumulated problems might cause the disconnection matter. Can you give me any comment on this matter?

Good morning, if i enable the domain xxx.com my scene will function into the xxx.com site and into the sss.xxx.com? or i need to specify each subdomain where i put my scene?

How to practically create a 3 minute sitepal video
Hi, how can i practically create a 3 minute sitepal video? Can anyone help me, because I am not a techy. I know the software only allows for 1 minute videos. I have seen the post on the lady singing the song, but that does not help me practically.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do step by step to get this accomplished?

Hi Shaun -
SitePal characters can deliver most features/capabilities without any programming. And to allow extended capabilities we have made available the API. The functionality that you are looking for falls under that category - it is only supported by using the API (hence via programming).
Many of our customers know how to handle basic programming in HTML & Javascript - and that should be enough in this case.
For those that do not feel comfortable dabbling in code - they often times get a consultant to do so.
I hope that explains the context of my response and why it had to be technical. I am sorry if you found it confusing.

Hi there - I am new to sitepal and have the 15 day trial. I am following the Manual Guide and it talks about clicking shows to get started. There is no 'shows' tab on my screen.
What do I press first to get started, please? When I click new scene it takes ages to load and never actually lets me in. Can some one help?
