Got it.
The only way is to create a custom character for you. We do so frequently for our customers. I'm afraid there will be cost involved - as there is some work to be done.

Sitepal Platinum API Malfunction and Billing Issue
We have an issue regarding payment. Back on the 25th I upgraded my sitepal account to the platinum plan, under the belief that I had a 15 day grace period to evaluate the new plan and to make a final decision. However I was only given 5 days to evaluate the plan because yesterday my credit card was billed for $249 for the platinum plan. Another issue is that the API offered by the Platinum plan is not functioning properly, so I'm in effect being charged for a sitepal component that is known to be malfunctioning.
We have encountered quite a lot of software bugs/malfunctions with your Sitepal service using both the Gold and Platinum plans from the beginning. For the time being, I would like Sitepal to reverse the charges to my credit card until the API is functioning properly and until we have had a full 15 day to properly evaluate the fully functioning API.

Voice goes out of synch with the avatar
When the avatar is displayed in big format (e.g. 960x720), higher performance are required to the pc (on a lot of PCs the voice goes out of synch with the avatar).

Wizard voice over...
On your website you show characters and voice overs on them, but when you go the site, when you have logged in and after you have found out that everything costs more money.... it is not possible to see where these voice overs are kept!

Does your TTS privide Auto-Play Function?
3. Third one is auto-play function. What I want to do with your TTS is to make a vocabulary learning system. So, I hope that those English words loaded onto our website can be read automatically without clicking each word. Can we do that? If so, does your API provide that kind of function? or Do you privide any special code with which our programmer can make that kind of function on our side?

How to remove sitepal logo from the players?
IM a bit upset that the sitepal logo does not seem to be removable from the various players. I upgraded to gold so that the branding would not be visible during loading... but what good is that if the sitepal logo is clearly visibly in every player that I choose (except for none or normal background)

How can I add an avatar in flash 8 AS2?
I have followed all the video instructions and when I click control / test movie nothing happens, I don't see the avatar, however the link that it`s build to copy and paste on the EMBED section in the actionscript works if I copy it as URL in a browser.

An audio stream is a single audio playback instance. Whenever a SitePal character speaks, the audio is streamed from Oddcast's servers over the Internet. This counts as 1 audio stream. So, audio streams are the number of times a SitePal character speaks.
To optimize the use of audio streams & improve visitor experience, SitePal users may set a “playback limit”. Each SitePal package includes a different number of audio streams. Customers can also purchase additional streams (starting at $3.50 per 1,000) or upgrade their package. Unused audio streams are rolled over into the following month.

Chrome, Flash, and Black Background with Avatar in IFrame
Chrome displays a black background on avatars that are embedded in an iframe with wmode set to transparent. IE and FF aren't doing this.

Hello Michael -
We've updated our technology to HTML5 based characters several years ago.
Some customers' pages could be automatically updated (and were), but in other cases users need to update their page.
What you need to do -
* login to your SitePal account
* locate the Scene which is embedded in your web page
* select the "publish' tool, and copy the embed code for your Scene (set the dimensions to match your need).
* paste the fresh embed code into your HTML page - AND - remove the old embed code.
* repeat this process for every page in which your SitePal characters appear.
