vh_audioProgress frequency?
Is there any way that the progress can be measured without the vh_audioProgress function? In other words, can I know the progress of the TTS audio by just accessing some progress variable?
vh_audioProgress can only be called, every second but, I need to know the progress more frequently.
My audio has stopped working.
My audio has stopped working. When I go to the edit screen I get an error message about the audio. I tried to create a new one with a new voice and that did not fix my issue. Unfortunately, I sent out a note and a lot of people are going to my site right now to look at the bot.
Pause between sentences

But the avatar does not mark any pause between these sentences 1 to 4.

I need my export video option activated.

Registration Issue
The registration page keeps kicking me back. I put in my information and It keeps sending me back to the same page. Can you enter me in manually?
Reoccurring charges on card but no signs of a paid account anywhere.
I have contacted support and they insist I have only a free account and an inactive account. I have since took this to my bank and am getting a new card. Do reoccurring payments eventually stop or does it keep renewing? I hope getting a new card will make the charges stop but that's why I'm asking. I'm tired of having money stolen from me

If we were able to locate the account we could disable billing for that account.
Did our support ask you for the last 4 digits of your card? This may help us identify the account.

import voices or changing them to match teens
Is it possible to import voices into Site Pal. None of the voices match any of the child or teen avatars. If not, what can I change to make the current voices sound like a teen/child? If I change the pitch, the voices sound robotic.

You can't import voices - but you can get good results with pitch & rate adjustment by using SSML prosody tags in the text. They don't work the same way for all voices, best when used with engine 3 female voices.
Here are some examples - try these & let me know what you think.
1. Voice: Ashley - 3,1,6 <prosody pitch="+100%" rate="-5%"> My mom says too much chocolate is not good for you. So I won't give you any. </prosody>
Problems with interactive background

I am a SitePal silver user for several years.
One month ago I have changed the interactive background of a SitePal character; however, when I tasted it on my website the character appeared without any background and it also disturb the website page where it supposed to be.
I sent 3 requests to SitePal using their form as well as email - no any reply.
Do you have any idea what's going on?
