SitePal’s Lead Generator allows SitePal speaking character (rather, the players) to collect contact information from web site visitors - information such as name, phone number, and email address. The information is emailed to the SitePal customer in real time, and collected in a report. No programming is required to use this feature. This feature is available to Silver accounts and higher.

How to loop audio file continuously?
Looping the Audio file. I selected "play on load", "unlimited", and "per session" options. My file only plays once and does not loop continuously. What am I doing wrong?

Your doing everything right! :-)
The feature was not designed to play the audio in a loop.
As the SitePal character delivers human speech - it is designed to mimic human behavior.
People don't often say the same thing repeatedly (when sober :-))
Perhaps if you explained what you are trying to accomplish & your reasoning - I might be able to help.
The "unlimited" "per session" means - that the SitePal Scene will play whenever the page is loaded, even if it is loaded again within the same session.
So for example, if a user visits your home page where SitePal is embedded, then goes to another page on your site, then navigates back to the home page, the Scene will play again.
If you set the playback limit to "once per session" - it will not play again.
Hope this clarifies some

JSON is not defined
I'm obtaining a runtime error "JSON is not defined" from Explorer 7.0 when accesing any scene. Does anybody know what means that?

Can't access our gold AIML account, it always goes to our old expired platinum AIML account
Hi Sitepal, before we have a Platinum account, but it expired, along with our scenes and AIML created on that account. But, we were given a new account, a Gold account with new scenes. The problem is, we can't access our Gold AIML admin area, it always goes to our expired Platinum AIML admin area, we already used the top drop down option to toggle between accounts but it still goes to our old expired Platinum AIML.

Quicktime Playback Issue
The Avatars we create using TTS API don't perform correctly on an iPad. They display as a quicktime video which is fine however when it is played the avatar appears to stall and there is no audio. Could you help us identify what the problem may be?

How do I get two AI Scenes to have a conversation?
Hello, I'm trying to get two site pal bots to talk to one another using AI for an art project... I'm using the conversation example as a starting point, it almost works but I'm running into two problems.
1. The vh_aiResponse function does not seem to call when parent.iframe2.sayAIResponse is called. Though it seems to be fine if I just call sayAIResponse.
2. The string vh_aiResponse generates seems to stack (grow exponentially) the further along it goes into the switch function of conversation (by case 8 it's out of control long)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Seems like this should be pretty simple but I'm not an expert with JS. I may be missing something stupid, :) Thanks!!!
