We provide (free) Phone support for Gold and Platinum plans. When eligible customers login to their account, the support phone number is displayed at top right, under the menu bar.
Phone support is available from 9am to 6pm US EST.
We also provide all customers with (free) email support - which they can access from the SitePal site support page contact form, or by sending an email to support@sitepal.com. Both reach our support team.
We usually respond on the same workday - however, depending on when a message arrives, and our support load, it may be answered the next day.
Officially - we are committed to respond within 2 working days. Unofficially, most queries are answered on the same day, and urgent issues responded to over the weekend - as our support staff monitors incoming tickets over the weekend.
In addition - you have this forum, which, though not an official support vehicle, can hopefully be helpful.

	Does anyone know what browsers are supported? Or, maybe a better question is what browsers are NOT supported? Is IE, specifically?

All modern browsers are supported on Mac and Windows.
IE11 is still supported, although that may change in coming months as its penetration is very low and in decline.
Prior versions of IE are not supported.

Yes - we are aware.
They expressive cues are being deprecated. We are working on another solution for this.

	I have redone the model at least eight times and each time the round eyelid on the left side eye shows up too close to the nose. (left side as you are looking at the model) I am a returning customer and have always used this same model artwork and have seen it perfect before. Why is the left lid so round? Can you fix this?
 
If you want to keep the character on the page, but prevent it from speaking each time, that can be controlled from the Scene Attributes - for each Scene in your SitePal account there is an "Attributes" icon (shaped as a gear wheel) - click on it, and at the top you'll see 'play on load' options.
You can uncheck play on load, or set it to play infrequently (once per day, week, month etc).
If you want to remove the SitePal character from your page, you need to edit the page and remove the SitePal embed code.

The problem that we had experienced several weeks ago was promptly resolved at the time.

	I've use Voki for 3 years for short introductions to my college class. This year 6 presentations are missing. After several emails no one answers my help requests. What do I have to do or pay to get my earlier presentation back? My class starts in 2 weeks. Jim
 
Jim - we just responded to your email & forwarded it to Voki support.
It can take up to 48 hours for support to respond, though in almost all cases we respond during the same business day.
btw - this is the SitePal community forum, not Voki...
